Ang Agong Komiks ay inihahandog ng Balay Rehabilitation Center sa mga Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) na mas kilala sa tawag na "bakwit". Ang babasahing ito ay para rin salahat ng nagnanais ng kapayapaan, at kumikilos upang mapangalagaan ang mga karapatan ng sibilyang paulit-ulit na naiipit sa gitna ng karahasan.
Ang mga tauhan, lugar, pangyayari sa mga kwento at guhit sa komiks na ito ay kathang isip lamang. Kung sakali at may pagkakahawig sa ilang tunay na karanasan, ito ay hindi sinasadya bagama't ang mga akdang ito ay hindi malayo sa katotohanan.
